Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.

  • Lesson Duration: Lessons are typically 1–2 hours unless otherwise agreed.

  • Booking Confirmation: Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.

  • Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without incurring charges. Late cancellations may be charged at the full lesson rate.

  • All instructors are DVSA-approved and fully qualified.

  • Instructors will arrive on time and conduct lessons in a professional, safe, and supportive manner.

  • The instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the vehicle for the driving test if they believe the pupil is not test-ready or poses a safety risk.

  • We can assist with booking practical tests, but the responsibility for ensuring eligibility and valid documentation lies with the pupil.

  • We are not responsible for DVSA test cancellations or delays. Refunds for lesson time lost due to DVSA decisions are not guaranteed.

  • The content on EnciDrivingSchool.com is for general information only and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

  • All website content, branding, and materials are owned by us and must not be copied or used without permission.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other methods as agreed.

  • Lesson fees must be paid in advance or at the time of the lesson.

  • Block bookings must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pupils must present a valid UK provisional driving licence at their first lesson.

  • Pupils must inform the instructor of any health condition or medication that could affect their ability to drive.

  • Pupils must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons. If the instructor suspects this, the lesson will be terminated, and the full fee will still be charged.

  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our services, except where required by law.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle during lessons.

I recommend everyone to go with Eshal from Enci driving. She’s an amazing instructor and passed with her on my first attempt. Learnt a few amazing tricks with her. She’s a really good instructor deffo recommend.

Passed my test today! It's been a long driving journey but I had Eshal as my driving instructor from Enci Driving School and she has been so patient with me this whole time! ❤️ I've had other driving instructors from other driving schools previously, and they were terrible, ruined my driving experience, gave me low confidence and made me feel like I was never going to pass (also a huge waste of money!) BUT after meeting Eshal, I gained ALOT MORE confidence in driving. I wish started my driving journey with HER instead of other male instructors, who I felt uncomfortable with. The techniques, methods, tips and tricks she has under her sleeve are wonderful; she is definitely one of the best driving instructors, if not the best! Eshal has been the only one who was so patient with me, always made me feel so comfortable and pushed me to take my test. She was like a second mum to me, always accomodated my crazy work schedule and I've absolutely enjoyed driving under her guidance. She has always been so kind and determined and her faith in my driving skills is how I passed with only 1 minor! Looking forward to Pass Plus scheme with her! ❤️
Don't look elsewhere, ENCI Driving School is the best in South West London and Eshal is an amazing driving instructor! 👌🏼

His happiness is because one of the most wonderful, kind and patient driving instructors, Esha from Enci Driving School.Through the lessons she delivered all her knowledge towards my son with a smile on her face and sometimes with a laugh but whilst always maintaining the seriousness she needed to ensure my son would pass with flying colours.
